Here is some info:
If your truck is Equipped with OBD and is a 2013 and newer you have to get tested semi-annually for the first 3 years of the program and then Quartey-testing. If the engine is 2012 or older then it will go to get Smoke Opacity Tested 
semi-annually.
 RV or AG vehicles will have to be tested annually.
